- Ian has been a councillor for the Lingfield ward since May 1995.And is the Chair of Resourses Scrutiny, and the Monitoring and Co-ordination Chairs group. We are married with three grown up Children and the proud grandparents of three grand sons. Lynne has been a ward councillor since 2007, and is currently on 2 committes Planning & Neighbourhood Services
